Sunyoung Park, Department of Sculpture, SungShin Women’s University, Seoul, South Korea

Sunyoung Park, a visual artist and lecturer at SungShin Women’s University in Seoul, began her artistic journey with sculpture, studying at SangMyung University in Seoul and later at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf in Germany. However, it was during her exchange program at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris in 2011 that she developed a keen interest in photography. Fascinated by the interplay between two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms within the realm of photography, Park pursues doctoral studies, dedicating her research to exploring this intersection.
