Author Biography

Tabea Lurk

Tabea Lurk (1977) studied art history and media theory. After her traineeship at the Centre for Art and Media Karlsruhe (2004–2006), she worked in the Conservation and Restoration Department at the Bern University of the Arts (BFH) from 2006 to 2015. Since August 2015, she has been heading the media library at the Academy of Art and Design FHNW Basel (HGK), where she builds up the digital archive of the Academy. Her special interest is to provide access to documents and references of contemporary art (video, performance, documentation of theses) which are connected to HGK. This includes networking with the local and international art community.
